On October 8th members of the Peter James Foundation Kenya came together to celebrate World Cerebral Palsy day. We were blessed with the presence of a special guest, Mr. Ben Isaboke “Baba Diaper” who donated many diapers to us and earned our gratitude. Unlike in some other countries, there is no public support for diapers for cerebral palsy children. In Kenya diapers are very expensive and without them many mothers are practically housebound. Unable to go out for work and struggling very much financially. Cerebral Palsy children often need diapers into teenage or even later years.
